I know how it feels and am sorry to hear you’re going through all that. It’s not the easiest thing to deal with and I’m not even going to bother saying it will get easier although I will say it will become less painful and your heart will stop aching quite as much. I do know exactly what your going through and sometimes its hard to express to the people around you because you feel in some way you still have a duty to ‘protect’ their feelings which means there’s no one you can share yours with, that’s the hardest part of all. You didn’t depress me btw, you made me realise just how far I’ve come since the death of my mom… and I’ll make you a promise that you will get there Louees in your own time and at your own pace. You take good care and you know where I am if you need to just ‘talk’… sometimes I know that’s all I needed to do… didn’t want opinions, didn’t want to be felt sorry for, just needed someone to listen.
